A Few Moments

I was in a PhotoBooth mood tonight, and as soon as I had taken two or three shots, guess who walked in?
She's always had a sixth sense for when I'm pondering my solo self.

What a ham! She takes front and center. That is a metaphor for motherhood. They take up all our thoughts and actions.

So sweet and so much love conveyed. As mothers, and now aging mothers, I guess we all realize how quickly these moments pass, and then they are off to college and their own lives all too quickly.

In some pictures, though you aren't looking at each other, your mouths are in the same position. You know how infants are said to mimic the expressions of their mother? That's what it reminds me of. Your bond is a strong one.
