Kristin over at West Vista Urban Farm School is a local apiarist, homes schooler and blogger. She has just harvested (is that the right word?) honey from her hives and I am taking her label/tag challenge. These are three directions. Now remember I know nothing about bees, harvesting or that particular honey.
Maybe I need to actually taste the honey to design the perfect label?

I love the last one, but they are all so lovely. You are very talented with a wonderful eye. And I know it is in your blood!
Do we get to vote? Well, I vote for the last one too. The reason I like it is the combination of color and the lined lettering on the top is reflective of her home school personna. You are really, really clever, my dear!
i like three for print and two on a glass jar. too hard to pick!

I like the last one. I guess it's the shade of pink in the flower and the contrast with the banner.
I've never used this expression on a comment before but all I have to say is OMG!
I thought I'd take a look-see at the blogs I follow and found yours aimed right at me.
Thank you so very much dear Patrice.
How on earth did you manage to conceive those three designs so quickly? I've been sitting on this task wondering what to do with it--and you handled it effortlessly.
My vote is for the first one. Why? I love the colors! It's zingy! It's a bit hippie, but also modern, exactly what I like.
I would like to use it as a tag with the information required on the back. I would also add PURE in front of HONEY on the front, because people need to know that there are no additives like corn or cane syrup in it (like most of the honey in the grocery stores).
I've got a gigantic bottle of honey for you and if you tasted it, I believe that you'd choose #1 too.
Best Regards Patrice. I'll be in touch.
