Annie is so excited about Christmas and Santa! In an attempt to keep her busy and to work off some of her intense excitement, we've decided to clean out the guinea pig run and the chicken coop this morning. Bill repaired some of the chicken wire and worked most of the manure back into the garden, while Annie and I replaced the straw in the coop, the egg room and the hutch. Last but not least, Annie raided our worm bin and gave each hen her fill of red worms as a Christmas treat.
